So what is the Association all about?
Objects
The objects of the Association are:
1. To protect, preserve and improve the amenities of the area as they affect the Residents.
2. To represent and negotiate on behalf of the Residents with Local Authorities, Public Undertakings etc.
3. To promote social activities as required. The Association shall be non-political and non-sectarian.
Boundaries for membership
The area covered by the Association shall include Churston Broadway, North Rocks Road, Tor Close,Rock Close, Broad Reach, Bracken Rise, Broadsands Road, Sycamore Close, Brunel Road, Lower Fowden, Stone Park and Long Wools, and such other areas as may be determined by the Executive Committee.
The Boundaries as defined above, in no way limit the areas concerning which the Association is free to make representations or enter into negotiations in pursuance of Clause 2 of the Association’s Rules.
